A Rage Room is a room where you can therapeutically release stress. It is also just a fun place to come and wreck stuff.

Your appointment time is your start time.
You should arrive 15 minutes before your session to get dressed and have all waivers signed. Please give yourself extra time in case you get lost. Your time may be cut short or forfeited if you are late.

Yes, we have a package where you are able to BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakables). If you have purchased a package you may bring in one small milk crate sized box of breakable items for an additional $10. If you want to bring in a large electronic the cost would also be $10 per large electronic.

Small items include: dishes, plates, bottles, small vases

Medium items include: small tv’s, Computer monitors, printers, small phones and other small electronics

Large items include: Large speaker, desk, computers, microwave, windows etc.

Extra large items ( dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, tv etc)

All participants breaking glass must be at least 9 and accompanied by a guardian.
All participants going into the paint splash room must be 2 years old and up.
Any child between the ages of 5-8 can only participate in a Kids Chaos package. If you include a child in your package who is under 8 years old, that child will not be able to participate, and no refund will be given.

Everyone participating must wear closed toed shoes (thick soled sneakers). Crocs or any shoe that does not cover your entire foot will not be allowed. We will provide a coverall outfit to protect your clothing and shoe covers. We also require everyone to wear the safety face shield or goggles.

Yes! We understand that life happens. Here’s everything you need to know about canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations

  • You must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • To cancel, email us at info@letswreckit.com — we do not accept cancellation requests by phone.
  • If you cancel with 48+ hours notice, a 10% fee of your original booking cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, no refund will be issued — even if your appointment was booked less than 48 hours ago.

Rescheduling

  • You may only reschedule your appointment one time.
  • Rescheduling is free if you give us 48+ hours notice. Email us to do so.
  • Need to reschedule at the last minute (less than 48 hours)? You can, but there is a $40 last-minute rescheduling fee.
  • If you cancel a rescheduled appointment, no refund will be issued — no exceptions.
  • All rescheduled appointments must be used before December 31st of the current year.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled without refund. If part of your party arrives on time, they will be asked to go ahead and start, and the rest of the party will have to join in. No extra time will be given.
