A Rage Room is a room where you can therapeutically release stress. It is also just a fun place to come and wreck stuff.

You should arrive 15 minutes before your session to get dressed and have all waivers signed. Please give yourself extra time in case you get lost. Your time may be cut short or forfeited if you are late.

Yes, we have a package where you are able to BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakables). If you have purchased a package you may bring in one small milk crate sized box of breakable items for an additional $10. If you want to bring in a large electronic the cost would also be $10 per large electronic.

Small items include: dishes, plates, bottles, small vases

Medium items include: small tv’s, Computer monitors, printers, small phones and other small electronics

Large items include: Large speaker, desk, computers, microwave, windows etc.

Extra large items ( dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, tv etc)

All participants breaking glass objects must be at least 9 unless accompanied by guardian.
All participants going into the paint splash room must be 2 years old and up .

Everyone participating must wear closed toed shoes (thick soled sneakers). Crocs or any shoe that does not cover your entire foot will not be allowed. We will provide a coverall outfit to protect your clothing and shoe covers. We also require everyone to wear the safety face shield or goggles.
How long is each session?
The time varies. Please see packages for times.

Yes. Sometimes, things pop up, and you have to cancel or reschedule. We require advance notice so that we can keep everything moving smoothly for all of our customers.

We require you to provide Wreck it Rage Room LLC with 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule. If canceled without 48 hours notice, no refund will be issued, even if the appointment was booked less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival. We reserve the right to charge a fee for all cancellations, even if canceled within 48 hours. The fee is 10% of the original cost per appointment. This fee will be deducted from the package price. There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment with 48hr advanced notice.

To make any adjustments to your appointment, you must call 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment.

To cancel your appointment, you must send a cancellation email to taylorbiz@letswreckit.com. We will not accept cancellation phone calls.

Due to an influx of customers wanting to reschedule last minute, we will allow you to reschedule last minute for a $40 fee for a limited time. If you would like to avoid the $40 fee, you can follow the reschedule policy above and reschedule for free with 48 hours’ advance notice.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled without refund. If part of your party arrives on time, they will be asked to go ahead and start, and the rest of the party will have to join in. No extra time will be given.
